La Capitainerie takes up the second floor of the house. From the living room you can see the whole bay and Saint-Efflam beach.
The apartment has two attic bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a well-equipped kitchen: gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Travel cot and high chair on request.
You go up through the garden and a stone staircase, then in through a small private veranda, a nice quiet spot to read. The laundry room (washing machine, iron, drying rack), the garden and the bike carport are shared with another home.
Good to know: because of the stairs, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The house is also next to a road with a 50 km/h limit that gets busy in summer.
